Been a while

Ok So we all have learned I am a bad blogger :). But I guess it is ok. Because your reading now right lol? Today, Tyler has try outs for the All Star team. I am nerveous for him lol. Ill try to update on goings on later today...

Cub Scouts

So my precious son who normally loves loves Cub Scouts, Has decided he is not wanting to do it any further. 3 months ago he was gun ho on it . Anxious at the thought of moving on and becoming an boy scout and eventually an eagle scout. I am saddened by this turn of events. And I blame the Pack Leader and Den leader. I believe they have lost there touch for scouting. When a boy is not present no one calls to check on them. Months can go by with no one noticing it seems. Unless you do basically everything they do ( which would be 2 to 4 times a week ) your pretty much ousted! And I am very upset by this thought! But what can you do ya know! Not a whole lot, complaints go un noticed, As if no one really cares what these boys are doing. And if there achiving anything they wouldnt know. Because they dont work on it during meetings or anything. Sigh so to much avail, my once dedicated scout has pulled out.

Mondays and Spring Break

So this is the 2nd week of spring break. And I am running out of ways to entertain him lol. Lets see we have been to disneyland 2 times, he has had baseball practice and 2 games. We have gone to lunch a few times.. And he is making me crazy lol, constantly wanting to do something... Sigh the joys of having an only child! So much fun! But I love himjust wish I had another one close to him lol. Anyways, I ventured out to www.flylady.net to start to try to get my mind and house decluttered. Has anyone done this before? If so Id love love in put? Anyone?

Bad Bad girl lol

Ok so a few months may have passed, But let me try again ok?
Lets see, what has been going on in my world. Same ole same.
Tyler is playing baseball again, and well once again I got sucker
into the world of the snack bar, and also score keeping...........

Bad Blogger lol

I told you guys, I am not good at this bloggy thing. Anyways, So not alot going on in my world like normal. LOL. This week Extreme Makeover Home Edition is in a town not far from me. So we have been over there watching them build this family a new home. Me and my brother have also done some voulnteering over there as well. It is an amazing experice and to see it first hand is unbelievable. We have had the pleasure of meeting Ty Pennington, and Pauly. (Ill share pictures when I get them downloaded) We also got a Hi from Micheal and Paige. We saw Ed from a far distance. But none the less such a blessing for this family. They run a sanctuary for wild animals. So touching. We had went to Hesperia to go to a benefit concert for the Almquist ( the Extreme Makeover ) Family. But by the time we got there they were well at capacity. Billy Ray Cyrus had come out to do it. 

 I also found out this week that Tyler will be going to another school I have him on the waiting list for come fall. I am beyond excited. We have really struggled with his current school and there lack of knowledge and ignorance. So we are blessed to know that more then likely he will be in Vanguard by the 4th Grade. He already knows several boys from cub scouts that go there. And this will hopefully be a new direction for us with school for him. 

Baseball try outs are tomorrow. He is very excited about this. This is his first year actually trying out. So it should be a good experience for him. I CAN ONLY HOPE! 

Baseball time and ramblings

So today is baseball sign ups yeah for us. Tyler loves loves him some baseball. However I about flipped when I found the registration amount. But sometimes those are things we just do. I will be helping with the sign ups today. And am excited for a new season. I hope he does well in Minors. My baby is certainly growing up. 

I am also very happy that Bucky has announced Feburary 16th his new single will be released. And apparently I missed the conference call last night where he was doing teasers with 4 songs that are possiblites. This is certainly an exciting time for Bucky and His Band. They will also be doing a USO Tour in Feburary in Kosovo. Yeah for Bucky! 

Other than that, not alot going on here. Sign Ups today, helping my Uncle move later today. 

Probley Church in the morning, then off to help them finish moving. So hopefully an uneventful weekend for the most part! 

Fusteration

Ok, well I have been reading alot about Obama and so on through blogs, comments etc... And I am appauld by the lack of respect for him as our President. Just because there is an issue you do not agree with, how can ANYONE in there right mind say the Repulicans did well by us. In case people have not realized we are in a Major Recession here. It was not under Democratic power but Republican power. No matter your beliefs he is what he is Our President. And he can not do worse then Bush did. Ok off my soap box now... 

Today brings laundry for me, lol. I also will be going through the house touching up paint that is chipped. I just put a Ham in the Crock Pot, and Scalloped Potatos in another crock pot. So I think I am doing well today !

History

No matter what your beliefs are! Today history is being made! This is such a refreshing time for our country. I am excited for the change that is promised to come. I will be settling down to watch it all unfold here shortly!

Frozen Waffles?

Have you ever made waffles and frozen them. This is a new found love for me lol... I love love love this, Tonight, I made a batch of Wheat, a batch of regular, and a batch of Syrup flavored. 45 minutes, and 40 waffles later. Much more affordable then Eggos. And they taste so much better :) Ahhh oh yes, I also made a few pancakes too. But they life the waffles better!

Mindless Babble #1

Ok so I will try not to babble to much lol. Today was nice, went to HB to take my old dining room table to one of my cousins and pick up my Grandpas old desk for Tyler. My Grandpa past away in 94 I believe it was. He was such a funny man. So of course that brings back memories of my Grandpa at his desk in his Apartment. Such sweet memories. So as we visited my Aunt and Uncle and cousins and there kids today. I was observing the kids, one of in particular is 6 months older then Tyler. I dont normally compare my kid to anyone else. But being around this particular child and his siblings, I  realized what I am doing right with my Son. I have people in my family make some smartt comments about our "country" style of living and how my son is a little cow boy etc. etc. But you know what that is us. We are a country family stuck in California. We need to live on a 100 acre ranch somewhere ( a girl ) can dream cant she. So as I observed the kids today, I walked away pleased with how we are raising our son to be .  He is a typical 9 year old little attitude etc.... But he is a good country boy at heart! I love my life. I love beign a Mom even though I am faulty at that sometimes. I do not always do the "right" things. And regret it later, then I realize I am just a human, and I to no matter how hard I try will never bee that perfect Mom, So until then, I try my best to be the best I can be! Anyways, ok enough for tonight I guess.....

Good Good Saturday morning :). I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend planned. 

We will be helping my Uncle and his Girlfriend clean there new house today, then heading to Huntington Beach tomorrow to drop off a table and pick up a desk from one of my Aunts houses. 

I am excited we had verizon fios installed today, the internet is better and after 1 week of no TV we have TV back. Ok not the TV it self but the Cable or Fios now.

Ok So lets give this another shot

Ok so we are going to give this another try... Follow me on my journey through parenthood, being a cops wife, trying to conceive baby number #2. Yes my son is 9 but we desperately want another baby.  

Tyler is 9 years old, he enjoys Cubs Scouts, and Baseball. He is in the 3rd grade. Kids a a blessing. 

I am a stay at home Mom who enjoys making her home just that a home for my family. I enjoy scrapbooking, learning to sew, Crafty things, and Photography. 

Jason is a Deputy Sheriff, and is the love of my life. 

We are in the process of trying to have another child. We have been trying for upwards of 3 years with no avail. So the 25th of this month we will Journey to the "fertiliy" Clinic to see where the problem lies.
